American Association of Medical Assistants
The mission of the American Association of Medical Assistants® is to provide the medical assistant professional with education, certification, credential acknowledgment, networking opportunities, scope-of-practice protection, and advocacy for quality patient-centered health care.
American Association of Physician Assistants
The American Academy of PAs is the national professional society for PAs and advocates and educates on behalf of the profession.
American Dental Assistants Association
The ADAA is the professional organization for dental assistants. President Robynn Rixse identifies its mission as advancing the careers of dental assistants and advocating for the dental assisting profession in matters of education, professional activities, credentialing and legislation. To promote the ideals and growth of the Association which aid in the accessibility and delivery of quality oral health care to the public.

The American Physical Therapy Association is an individual membership professional organization representing more than 100,000 member physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and students of physical therapy.
Chi Eta Phi Professional Sorority for Nursing
Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated is a professional organization for registered professional nurses and student nurses (male and female) representing many cultures and diverse ethnic backgrounds. More than 8000 Registered Nurses and Student Nurses hold membership in Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated.

There are over 101 graduate chapters and 41 undergraduate chapters located in 33 states, District of Columbia and St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Membership is by invitation and is both active and honorary.
National Black Nurses Association
NBNA Mission: To serve as the voice for Black nurses and diverse populations ensuring equal access to professional development, promoting educational opportunities and improving health.
National Society of Allied Health
The National Society of Allied Health (NSAH) is the official voice for Historically Black Colleges and Universities with schools or programs of allied health, providing a forum for faculty, students, and practitioner development. The NSAH networks and collaborates with other organizations that address health issues that affect the African American communities through education, research, practice, and service delivery.
